Good website here for uploading avatars for your user profiles. Just upload the picture you want to use and select 100x75. Once your done, copy the link (should look something like this s22.postimage.org/7m2hmcsf1/Hard_Fi_Stars_Of_CCTV_520x520.jpg) go to "Profile" => "Modify Profile" and paste the link into the box where is says "Avatar URL". Then click "Modify Profile" at the bottom of the screen and you're done!
